Business management: As the go-to person for European key accounts, you are responsible for the customer relationship management and for reaching our ambitious growth plans. You manage various E-Commerce customers in close collaboration with the Duravit markets.
360 business approach: You are responsible for customer specific product portfolios, pricing, supply chain and marketing initiatives.
Drive excellence: You monitor market developments and generate insights to quickly react and unlock business opportunities. Develop profitable growth plans and drive result-oriented execution.
One vision, one team: In close collaboration with our Head of E-Commerce you define and achieve your smart goals and align them regularly with our E-Commerce strategy.

Degree in business administration or comparable education.
Extensive professional experience with a strong track record in driving significant growth in e-commerce (B2B) and in executing commercial strategies.
Strong analytical and commercial understanding; Professional customer relationship management skills; Highly focused on finding solutions, getting things done and meeting targets.
Strong communication skills in managing internal and external stakeholders. Teamplayer, working cross-functionally and across different countries.
Fluent in English and German, additional languages are a plus.
